Background of the Case:
Like many Brazilians, I've always had an interest in sports, especially football. I grew up watching and 3️⃣ playing the game, and it was only natural that I'd develop a liking for sports betting as well. Moreover, "A rigor, a Constituição não proíbe o jogo de azar, tanto que conseguimos estabelecer loterias ou títulos 3️⃣ de capitalização, o que não deixa de ser um jogo de azar" (in fact, the Constitution does not forbid gambling, 3️⃣ because we're able to establish state lottery or capitalization bonds, whatever is already a kind of gambling).
